I guess you could get a few hundred dollars back by selling those awful wheels....(more pics in ad)

1938 PLYMOUTH BUSINESS COUPE NEW PAINT NEW 22” TIRES / WHEELS
ORIGINAL 6 CYLINDER MOTOR MANUAL 3 SPEED TRANSMISSION 6 VOLT SYSTEM
NOTE: This car runs and drives great. I have the original 1938 Wheels, Tires and Dog Dish Hub Caps as well.
You can drive it with the 22” tires, wheels if you wish or can put the original ones back on if you want a more original look. This car has not been cobbled up or cut and modified,….. other than wheels, tires and tinted windows it is still an original car.  (509) 930-7429

I noticed this CL ad 3 weeks ago but decided not to post it here. Ridiculous to pay $20k then remove the wheels and tires, tear out the interior, have a new, original type installed, repaint all the red parts, scrape the tint off the windows or replace them altogether, and then spend time determining if/how the suspension may have been tweaked to fit those 22" wheels and tires under the fenders.

 

Let the street rodders have this one.
