Thank you leomara I have just been in the garage to measure and that is correct

Blue devil, you can try using a 3 jaw puller on the big nut shown below. If you are lucky the hub might pop off, but you are more likely to brake the 3 jaw puller.

 In 2014 after Hershey I bought remains of a G70 for the differential, the wood wheels were still attached but the wood spokes were rotten, so we used a 3 legged puller behind the hub flange. The hubs would not budge and we broke the pullers legs. A second 3 legged puller was bought and only by luck and a big hammer did we get them to come off. 

 The screw onto the hub puller can put much more force than a 3 Jaw one and is the way to go.
