lump
Check out this cool old hydraulic jack I found during the 127 yard sale event. The only thing that attracted me to it was the prominent "Rotunda" nameplates, etc. Anyone know anything about this? I'm wondering if Ford enthusiasts would find this unit to be appealing? Your insights and opinions will be appreciated.
Ben Bruce aka First Born
Every [? ] garage had a jack like that back when cars had BUMPERS. Neat find. Ben
rocketraider
ROTUNDA branding dates it to 50s thru about 1966. DK who made it for Ford, but ROTUNDA badging adds an extra layer of coolness. Good find especially if it works. Motorcraft just never has had the same ring.🙄 But I try to stick with Ford Motorcraft parts for the daily driver Ford products. I found out quickly the Mercury's 4.6 did not like aftermarket coil packs... ***edit*** Noodling around the net, looks like Ford is using the ROTUNDA name on some of their modern dealer tools. Cool enough.😎
zepher
Very cool find. I wouldn't actually use it unless I had the hydraulic portion rebuilt but that is one neat piece to have.
