pre1939chrysler Posted July 23, 2023 Share Posted July 23, 2023 Very often when you are restoring your car you don't realize you don't have a particular part until you need it and often think you need to have it made for a great expense. Over the years I have saved : springs, screws, clips and many items that are easily overlooked or lost. When someone tells me they are looking for a particular item ,I ask them ," how many do you want? ". The can't believe I have it. wangwilko Posted July 27, 2023 Share Posted July 27, 2023 Hi Jay, I will try and get photo of one i have. With the Desoto the matting was glued to a metal back with these clips sticking out.
