John_S_in_Penna Posted April 30, 2023 Share Posted April 30, 2023 When I saw from the heading that the Lincoln had no vinyl roof, I thought to myself, "Plain Jane." At least that is how it would have been considered at that time. Sure enough, the pictures showed the base interior-- not as luxurious, and not seen as often--and the body sides without the "wide lower bodyside molding." That side treatment is unusual and is a sign of a very low-optioned car. If crank-up windows were standard, this car would have had them! Today, people might appreciate the painted roof.
