Which year hood hinge is this? 1949 or 1950?

I know there is a difference in where the hole is located for the hood pins to come into the hinge, between 1949 and 1950, but can't recall which year this one is. Have a friend who wants 1949 hood hinges. Can anyone verify if this is for 1949?

 About 1 inch closer to the center on my 1950.  So I vote that a 1949'

My 1950 model 52, the hole is towards the center.  I dont know what month my car was built, but as you know, the very early 50’s had the hood handle outside in the porthole.  Mine has the hood pull cable and I dont know if ‘50’s made in ‘49 made any difference.  So I also vote this being a ‘’49.
