John2012 Posted April 28, 2023 Share Posted April 28, 2023 I'm pretty sure this car was on a TV show about 10 years ago where 2 people (Mark Hyman and Peter Klutt) assessed its value and offered to buy the car. The 3rd person (Donnie Gould) would try to convince the seller that he would do better by putting the car in an auction at no reserve. Without a personal inspection, just going by the ad, I don't think the price is too far off. A very nice 56 Super coupe, needing nothing and totally correct, sold in the low 20's just a couple years ago. The market is a bit softer now I think, too.
