Obviously, to seller doesn’t know much about the TC, calling it a Town and Country. Also, he or she doesn’t know the car has a manual top, saying the top doesn’t work. I can just see them trying to lower the top, pushing all the switches for the tonneau cover or seat adjustments, and getting nowhere! There are no pics of the engine, maybe you mean the poor condition of the paint, ?“ You guys ever think about checking the VIN? Anything built in Oct 1988 would have the early 2.2 engine block.
