1923 Screen side spare tire mount

Someone cut the end of the lower half of the spare tire mount off,  I need the bracket, bracket hardware and a spare tire rim for my 1923.  The full picture is not mine but has a clear picture of what I need.

If you can't find it, try contacting Laughing Coyote on the forums. Martin  did an excellent job for me on a project at a reasonable price. I'm sure he could do it if you just provide the dimensions.
