sagefinds
The parts were ID'd by the previous owner as 29 Plymouth but I think they are late 30. Any ideas which of these is Plymouth and what the other might be? One set in wood, the other in metal but actual regulators very similar. Thanks for any help. keiser31
The item with the T handle looks to be for the quarter window or the rear window for a rumble seat car.
thehandleman
The quarter handle is 1929-1930 plymouth is the 4 door sedan rear small quarter window’s on left & Right sides I am pretty sure Plymouth did not use a T handle for the rear coupe window till late 31-32 ???? The other one at least the handle is Desoto 1929-1930 both regulators are my opine only. John could be correct, I have a Rumble Roadster 29 so I would not have that in my plymouth with ragtop. Good Luck
Soupiov
The T handle piece is for the rear window on a rumble seat coupe. It is identical to the one on my early 30-U.
thehandleman
Great but the T handle was also used for the rear left & right quarter windows on the 4 door, so the gentleman needs to provide measurements with your coupe to verify its the small rear window regulator or the side rear quarter windows of the 4 door sedan. Good Job clearing that up, that the rear window coupe had the crank down handle as well, Thanks
Soupiov
Don't have measurements but I did find this picture that might help
Soupiov
Comparing my photo with what you have I would think it is for the rear drivers side windows and not the rear window on a coupe
thehandleman
That is what I thought, great job on the Photo's. I am sure Sagefinds will appreciate your efforts and John's and I know the other handle is a Desoto cause my dad had one before he passed.
