So here's a VERY NICE car, an award winner, at what seems a fair price and it's been for sale for a month. I guess that shows where the market is for sedans....

My Chevy knowledge ends at '28, but based on the many awards I think this is correct. Chevy was the bottom rung of the GM ladder.
