Looks like the cap says Buick, maybe early 1920s?

Front wheel contracting band brakes so not earlier than 1924 and not later than 1929. The hubcap is not 1929.  When did Buick switch from caps lettering to script?

Looks like 1925 Master to me.   Buick had a large series (Master) and small series (Standard) in 1925, but in 1924 those names were not used, they were just the 6 cylinder or 4 cylinder model.  Wheel size changed every year from 1924 to 1926, so identifying will require measurement. Axle is identical for 1924 & 1925.     Measuring wheel diameter from the outside around the hub cap is easiest, though the result is about 1/2" less than the actual wheel/ tire size.

Might be left over from a disk brake conversion. 🙄
