Stutz Hub Cap INFO needed

What years and models does this hub cap fit? It had a plate held on with three rivets at one time.

I think it is 30 MA and MB but Jason will verify.  I think the SV16 and DV32 said so on the cap.

Yes, Stutz came out with that hubcap when they switched from buffalo wire wheels to  6 lug bolt on wire wheel with the hubcap in 1930.   Then when the DV/SV designation came out part way through 1931 they had a cloisonne emblem held on with three rivets.  Stutz just used the earlier cap & had the emblem riveted on over the stamped Stutz logo.

The cap can out in late 1929  with no holes also used on 29 30 31 6 bolt wheels on sv only. They drilled the holes to change a dv32 emblem on dv onlyl  I have new caps for sale  John 8608060448
