NC1968Riviera
Everyone who finds a similar 'Body Shop Inspection" sheet in their Riv can post pictures of your document in the comments below! Miklós Andrássy @Mice007 commented on the Facebook 1968-1969 Riviera group that he watched a You Tube video made by a 1969 Buick owner, "Carsandwhatnotsenior". One of his videos he shows where he found a Fisher Body "Body Shop Inspection" form tucked into a metal pocket behind the driver side kick panel! (scroll towards the end of the video to see this section) Watch the video here: I pulled off the driver side kick panel in The Aqua Zephyr this morning and found my one page "Body Shop Inspection" form tucked into this pocket! Picture below shows when I started pulling it out. I had to get some long tweezers down the pocket to grab the paper to pull it up. This paper is 50+ years old and fragile! Below are scans of the computer printed Options side of the form and the inspection side of the shop form. (note: I added the numbers to the form so I could annotate each section) All of the Fisher Body installed options are listed on the computer print out side: (all data matches the Cowl Tag shown below) 1: Trim - 688 (Deluxe Black Vinyl interior with Strato-Bench front seat 2: Paint: - K2 (Aqua Mist with black vinyl roof covering) 3: Buick Model # - 49487 (Buick Riviera) 4: Body No (Fisher plant sequence number-no correlation with VIN) - 278312 5: A/C Main Control RPO C60 (manual control A/C-Heater) 6: Tinted Glass All RPO A01 7: Power Windows All RPO A31 8: Seat Belts Front/Rear seats RPO A39 9: Seat Adjuster 4 Way Power RPO A41 10: Seat Assembly Front Bench RPO A53 (Strato-Bench with folding arm rest) 11: Seat Belts, Front Shoulder, Deluxe RPO A85 12: Vinyl top RPO C08 (matches "2" on cowl tag "Paint" section) 13: Remote Control Mirror (driver side door) RPO D33 14: Speaker, Rear ALL LOC RPO U80 15: Assembly line inspector hand written note: "W. Lt. shelf-Supt" 16: Assembly line inspector hand written note: "LT Lock Post to Roc(?)" 17: Assembly line inspector hand written note: "W". (inspectors initials?) 18: Red grease pencil hand written note: "48-50" (unknown meaning) 19: Assembly line inspector hand written note: "W Rt. Seat Back" 20: Document date: "05-03-68" (Cowl tag has assembly date of "05B-2nd week of May 1968) I assume the "R3" cut outs at the bottom right of the inspection form are the final approval stamps from the QC inspectors (?) Below is a shot of my cowl tag to prove the Body Shop Inspection sheet was indeed for my car. NC1968Riviera
@Mice007 does the other side of the sheet have any marks other than the "Buy Off" stamp outs?

Chimera
Just pulled mine out of the 68 Triple Black GS for the first day of Spring. It was a bit of a challenge because of the tight fit and sharp metal; oversized tweezers work the best I found. Laboratory grade, and not too big... Does anyone know what K30 "special sticker" signifies? Maybe special order or GS? K30 Special Sticker? Interesting... It has to be something added at the body assembly plant. Do you have any extra labels in the glove box or door jams not normally seen? Darwin confirmed that the K30 is the RPO code for cruise control. Sounds like our new lingo for cruising. Time to K30!
NC1968Riviera
Maybe Darwin can shed some light on "Handle Assist - RPO E28"?
