stakeside
I am ready to tighten my head bolts on my new rebuild DA-6 and am looking for proper specs to complete. I have information for 31 Chrysler six but would prefer the Dodge specs.

Minibago
This might be a little clearer. i am not sure that Dodge had specific torque pattern for their engines.
Ron Lawson
Start in the center and tighten in a clockwise direction Do this in 3 stages 15, 30 and 45 ft lbs Don't over engineer these old cars as they were made fairly simple because people those days were not as smart about mechanics as we are today One only has to look at they way some of then were repaired to realize this
stakeside
Thanks for comments. My rebuilder recommend 55 ft-lbs and will use sequence shown on attachment Keiser31. Will then check after engine runs for a while.
