Custom (?) Packard I think

Sure looks like a custom. Kind of vertical and square. Visor doesn’t look factory. Where was it taken, the plates are not North America.

It was posted by someone in Costa Rica. I can only guess that is the photo location. I haven't found any historical Costa Rica plate info on the net yet.

Spotlights and all white tires with disk wheel also gives it a very different look.............👍

I agree !

 

Sidenote:  You see several American cars at various European Concours events of the period and what is interesting is seeing how a European would order an American car - they tend to be pretty stylish looking in their equipment and  colors.
