Although this is likely a European make I'm not familiar with, it looks to be an 1930-'31 RHD export Nash Eight 7-passenger sedan, either a 490 or 890 fitted with Marchal headlights and a radiator ornament of the owner's selection.  Is it a European make?

General Branche leaves Attigny in a Brasier automobile, May 1906.

It looks like a mud scraper on the backwheel.

The Panhard et Levassor stand at the 1910 Paris Motor Show.

Note the giant cutaway of the then new K4F 4-1/2 litre sleeve valve motor front and centre.
