wayne sheldon Posted February 26, 2020 Share Posted February 26, 2020 I don't know the details, however I understand that a lot of the Pierce Arrow original records still exist. Many Pierce Arrows can be traced to the point of original owner, after that, hit or miss. I wouldn't pay an attorney until checking into what the PAS has available. State records vary a lot! Some states have records going back well over a hundred years. Some states only keep records about five years. A few will not cooperate unless with law enforcement (like Califunny), and California lost ALL their records prior to 1948 in a warehouse fire (I think in '48 or '49). Good luck!
