Thanks for your consideration. Gary
nickelroadster
Most machine shops will be able to handle this for you. They make valves and guides in many different sizes and it is not very difficult to find them. Get that car running!

oldsobsolete
Nickelroadster, I am in Montana and I don't know anyone here who can do this but I am afraid to send it half way across the country to a place I do not know to do the work. If I lost this cylinder head I would then have a parts car I imagine. Like a lot of these Marmon's this is one of those only known to exist bodies. It deserves to be brought back to life
oldford
Check with Sam Barnett in Georgia, I believe. He frequents this site as sambarn and has a ton of Marmon stuff. I'll see if I can find his contact info... Frank
Bud Tierney
If it's any help in your search, a 36 catalog says your valves etc fit 1920-28 34, 34B, 74 and E75 mofels...
nickelroadster
I seem to remember that you lived in the western part of Montana. Surely Great Falls would have something available and you could have someone pick them up. It would cost a fortune to ship the head anywhere . The valves should be the easiest as you could just send one that a shop could copy. The guides shouldn't be very hard either. All you need is to know the size to ask for. Use the internet and look up suppliers. Edited February 12, 2020 by nickelroadster (see edit history)
