NEW NAME - LONG TIME MEMBER

Recommended Posts

For some reason, I was unable to logon to the site last week, and tried to change my password.  Due to some technical issues, it was necessary that I start all over as a new user.  I have been on this site for many years, but my new forum name is now FRED TIP.

I am a  lifetime AACA member and have been restoring cars since my first body-off of a 1929 Model A Pickup over 50 years ago.  I am the original founder of Tip Tools in Canfield, Ohio (aka TP Tools) and Skat Blast  (mfg of Abrasive Blasting Cabinets and HVLP Paint Spray Systems).  Both businesses are now owned and operated by my son, but I stop in most days to help.  However lately have been working on a complete restoration of a 1953 Buick Skylark, which is coming along slowly. My son and I own about 50 cars that are on display at our car museum in Canfield, Ohio.  See www.tipcars.us   Car museum is open every Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM (free admission).  Everyone is welcome any Saturday if you are in NE Ohio  and Canfield is about 10-12 miles southwest of Youngstown, not too far from the Ohio/PA Turnpikes.  Attached are pictures of some of our cars - about 50 are always on display in two buildings.  We are expanding our 2nd car museum building at present - adding 22' deep x 150' wide facing the highway with windows for display.

Car museum building are shown lower left side of photo.  Lower left building is now being enlarged.  Some of our other cars are also pictured below.54BuickF1.jpg.95a004f152f9f27ade61475171b90d86.jpg825706646_BESTTIP7.12EEE.thumb.jpg.815d5fff28f9781300a83940ca85f5e4.jpg
