Body Mounts

Need to replace the body mounts on my 1939 Stude President. Does anyone know what material was used and what thickness. Thanks

Material, no; thickness, whatever was necessary at each mount to get the doors to hang and close straight?

These body mounts were made of recycled tires.

various thicknesses , as needed.

+1 on the old tires.   Remarkably mine are still intact and somewhat pliable.  In different places on the car they used sidewall, tread, and combinations of the two to get things to sit right.

Thanks All for the input. Looking at the squished remains of my body mounts ( my cars, not mine ) it's hard to tell what they are made of or how thick. Was kinda was hoping all would be the same.
