sagefinds
I've had this many years and really would like to know what it fits. Appreciate any help. The bracket is solid brass with number B46L.

K8096
Yes, that looks like a 1932 Buick taillight. I think the bracket is from something else.
sagefinds
Thanks, that sounds fairly definitive, anyone have a guess on the bracket?
keiser31
It looks like a mounting bracket from a truck. The way it veers off to the left side and mounts low on a frame bracket, leads me to believe it is that way to avoid a tailgate on a pickup or door on a panel truck. sagefinds
To me it looks like besides a TL bracket it also clamps a rear bumper back brace to the rear of a frame or maybe just clamps to a bumper back brace which wouldn't be truck like but who knows.
