Might as we;ll jump in here---\

Pretty well downsized now, making up inventory of what's still  here (paper, very few brochures, none old)

But do see (hard to miss) ex-library hardbound issues of Power Wagon, full years 1918, 1919, 1920...wts probably 10 lbs 1918, 12 or so 1919/20...

Had then 30-40 yrs, never noticed any cuts/missing pages (had some later ones that looked like swiss cheese!!)...

Not sure won't have them buried with me, just enail pitybud@q.com if of interest, can keep you in mind for whenever...no obligation, not everyone likes old trucks, limited market...

For your consideration is a splendid original 1932 Cadillac dealership booklet featuring all models with remarkable illustrations and artwork. Very descriptive and informative. Measures an impressive 14” x15” and is bound by a suede like embossed material. Excellent original condition. $250 with free delivery to Hershey or actual shipping. Thank you

I appreciate the offer but I feel my customers in general are too cheap to want to spend for such an item for me to want to invest in.  Now I just hope the 86 year old guys lifetime collection I just bought might have one of these in it,  but I'm doubting it will.

It's a very nice piece of literature for a Cadillac owner for sure though.

Thanks for offering it.

We bought a huge lot from an old Mopar dealership with things that span from the 30s to early 90s. We have others too besides the Mopar lot.

We have a bunch that we're still going through to figure out what we all have, but if you want to send an email to us to get connected you can. Lots of cool papers!

Looking forward to getting in contact with you  @auburnseeker

Unfortunately unless it's the 1880's,  they are a little too new for me.   I try to keep it very early 70's and older.

Thanks for offering though.

On another Note Bill of Bill's Auto Works, just dropped off my latest shipment of literature.   Very professional and Right on time.  I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.

Looks like this has been down in the basement for quite some time.

I'm still buying.

Summer is a great time to head into the AC or cool basement and sort out some of that literature your wife has been after you to deal with before she sends it to the dumpster when it's hers to deal with. ;)

I actually finally bit the bullet and started a website with a Domain.   (I'm not a computer guy so it was a bit tricky and confusing)

You can view my current listings if not just for the photos at

randysvintageautoliterature.com

As well as a link to my store.

Still buying collections as well to keep offering fresh material.

I was just looking in the room I store my literature and realized it's starting to look pretty empty down there as my buying has seemed to dry up, but not for lack of trying to find more.

If anyone has been sort of thinking of selling any literature and especially a collection now is a good time to hit me up.

From what I have seen unfortunately this might be like alot of things as the interest seems to be dropping off on alot of it.  I have a few good customers that have now been buying for years from me, but I don't see alot of new customers buying.

It would be a good time to sell while there is still a market for it and inflation doesn't eat up the value any more.  Brochures I sold a few years ago sell for the same amount today or less,  before factoring that in.

Here is a fresh Image I took for my new Website of a few of the more graphic pieces I have had in the last couple of months and a few other shots as I know we all like photos. ;)

The last two are of a really neat 1946 Chevy Dealership plans book.  It had atleast 30 such images of all the different dealerships you could build.

I know this should probably be down in the literature section,  but The ads get pretty dusty down there.

Looking to buy vintage car dealer literature, including brochures, Showroom albums, dealer press kits, and dealer paper in general.   Salesman bulletins, factory correspondence to the dealers about the new cars etc.

Really looking for bulk lots but will gladly purchase a few pieces, if it strikes me.

Interested in all makes through the early 1970's.  The older the better.

Domestic and Foreign.

Would you be interested in an assortment of brochures I personally collected from the 1954 and 1956 General Motors Motorama in San Francisco? They are in storage and will be accessible to sort and list sometime this fall (2024). If you pm me, please include your literature web address. Thanks
