kings32 Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 I finally finished the end plates or should I say the machine shop did . They really did agreat job . The fit good . Machined from a solid alum . any one that needs one let me know , I had them made for a 1926 Chrsyler 70 that Idid some work on for Wayne . I believe other cars use this same generator ,it took alot of looking to find the right shop that was willing to do this for a resonable price kings32 ps I guess I could take a picture !
Friartuck Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 You've gone this far with this project, will you have the field coils rewound?
R W Burgess Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 Howard, post this on the Chrysler "General Forum" too. There was a gentleman there that wanted a generator. Thanks, Wayne

Marty Roth Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 It will be great to see Wayne's Chrysler back on the road

Howard does not let an incorrect generator keep an antique car off the road. The Chrysler is still running with a "look-a-like". I will be driving it a little this afternoon as the final trip for 2017, scaring the local people!
