Guest Mark R
Hi, I wonder if someone could help me a little please. I am restoring a 1955 Buick Special Coupe, and am trying to rebuild the trunk area. Would anyone happen to have pictures of the standard sheet metal in that area? Specifically the body/frame mount areas. Plus the left and right panels at either end on the main trunk floor? They butt up to the vertical sections on the rear quarters. Thank you, Mark Radin Columbia SC
Bhigdog
Come on guys. There has to be some 54/55/56 folks out there with a stripped trunk area. I'd help out if I would not have to strip out the card boards and carpet..........Bob Edited January 31, 2017 by Bhigdog (see edit history)

buick5563
This isn't a hardtop, but I would imagine it is similar. I don't have any pics that are more specific.
Kosage Chavis
I have a 55, 2 door hardtop, but my trunk has not been stripped out yet. I would be more than happy to post pictures of mine by this weekend, but it sounds like you need pictures of a stripped trunk. Just let me know. Bhigdog
Now, hopefully, he isn't a one question poster who never comes back for his answer or to offer a thank you.. Hopefully he realizes this a helpful bunch and sticks around to both of our benefits and maybe join the BCA or even the AACA...............Bob Edited February 1, 2017 by Bhigdog (see edit history)
