Hudsy Wudsy
I was just browsing Craigslist and came across a '36 Plymouth coupe for sale in MI. It's sitting on a Mopar (I assume) frame with an I-beam axle with control arms which I simply don't recognize. http://kalamazoo.craigslist.org/cto/4976041134.html http://images.craigslist.org/00F0F_43TfN0Mqums_600x450.jpg
jpage
Looks like a '36 chassis but with a few add ons. I don't recognize the other parts either. Hope that the chassis could be salvaged.

30dodge35
Nice looking trucks , not sure about guys in back. LOL!
JACK M
That looks to be a Mopar torsion suspension, note there are no springs. You can see the torsion bars running back in one picture. Also the forward running struts look to be Mopar.I would guess 70s B body with disc brakes. Maybe like a Charger ??? No steering gear yet. Guest Bob Call
Stick in a 340/360 and you're off to the jalpoy races. Another decent looking car butchered. Edited May 17, 2015 by Bob Call (see edit history)

JACK M
It looks to me that someone wanted to do something with an already abandoned and abused car.I call it repurposing, not butchering.Better than the crusher.
Hudsy Wudsy
Just out of curiosity, I wrote the seller to ask what frame it's sitting on, but all I got back was the simple two word answer, "original frame".
