Guest R390radio
I picked this up at a flea market for $5.00 but can not seem to find out any info on it. I was thinking on making it a desk clock for my office. Can anyone tell me what year it is and what voltage it runs on? Positive ground? Is is it worth more to a collector for restoration?ThanksBob
keiser31
Looks like a clock from the late 1920s or early 1930s that fits into the rear of the front seat for the rear passengers to read. I would guess 6 volt.
Dave Mellor NJ
This clock in a vanity case has the same shape as yours and appears to have been mounted on the back of the front seat, like John guessed. The face is different and it has a stem out the bottom but it's definitely Pierce. Note that your Pierce script doesn't have the arrow. https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/2212036
Curti
I went here : https://sites.google.com/site/identifyinginstrumentpanels/home/clocks-1it isn't listed, but the gent that owns the site may well know. I believe it is a Borg clock. If you decide to sell it, PM me.

The glass bezel is clean with no scratches and the inside face is in good shape. this is why i thought of making it a desk clock
mercer09
I would date it mid 30's the end of the Pierce name. Notice the deco in the numbers....................
