One of the coolest "modern" fastbacks I know of is the Holden Efijy. It was a concept car from 2005 and although Holden said it was a hommage to the Holden FJ it reminds me more of a Buick Sedanet(te).

Not surprising Wilf, historians including George Dammann ( author Seventy Years of Buick ) tell us the 1948 Holden was actually " designed by Buick in 1938 with the idea of it being a compact US Buick for the mid 1940's. "

The Efijy is a sight for sore eyes. What a BEAUTIFUL car! But weren't they listed at some crazy price? I read something about $1.2 million or something like that.
