greenie
Drove 300 miles to Canfield (Ohio) swap meet last weekend. Great weather and plenty of vendors. Picked up a wonderful old (1926 +/-) accessory trunk and several other great items; but this is a puzzle. First thought was early gas tank, but perhaps it's an expansion tank of some kind. Perhaps not automotive at all? Has a large inlet openning with a latched lid-and a vent port nearby. On the other side has a small hole possibly threaded for a tube. Any ideas? TheMoneyPit
Looks like something from the side of an old hit-n-miss cement mixer or some other equipment with a small engine.
DAVE A
style and mounting is similar to that on a number of the earlier roto tillers I have seen.
Dandy Dave
Even in the world of one lung engines, that is an odd one. Dandy Dave!
