Yeah, what's up with that goofy door handle? Special ordered with one foot rest. WOW? That must have been a tough order. 1937hd45 Posted May 8, 2009 Share Posted May 8, 2009 Sounds like a LOT of auction house BS. Chances are real good it was a sister car to Dusenberg #444 that Hughe's also owned. That car had the touring car body torn off and was used to tow gliders or some other test projects around Hughe's Aircraft. 444 is totally restored now last owner was Otis Chandler.
