Curti
I am restoring a 1936 Auburn, and am looking for a new 'gage guy'. I have had some bad expirences with a couple of shops; poor turnaround, shoddy work. Any suggestions?

hddennis
Tom, try this site before you send your gauges out: http://www.ply33.com/Repair/tempgauge Howard Dennis
West Peterson
I'm glad you two cleared that up for me. Having never heard the term "gage guy", all I could think of was that it had something to do with the thickness of metal.

Please note because how good he is, he does have a backlog and it will take 9 months probably for a restoration. Give him a call.Abbott Instrument Restoration10860 Sw 74th Ave, Portland, OR 97223 Phone: (503) 246-1287

Curti
Thanks Tbirdman, I'll give Bruce a call. I do not want to badmouth any business on a public forum such as this. If you are interested in my expirences, send me a PM. In reference to temp gages, give Roy Martin a call, 802-862-6374.
