That cormorant hood ornament is my favorite and one of the best…..only to be eclipsed by the P/A Archer!
Such hood ornament is forbidden in Belgium and other Euro countries .To sharp .If you hit a pedestrian and he is stabbed you will end up in jail .

Are you sure this really excists ? I guess it owned by a person that works on a drilling platform and he will send the car to you after you have paid for it .

The worst front end in my eyes is the 46-47 Hudson .If i didn't know the model i could never have guessed this was a oldsmobile .

Very good price .Many people run around a car that needs paint , some chrome work and a worn out interior and that is for sale for let say 5-8.000$ .It will cost a lot more than this one and will not nearly be as good as this one .

Were leather seats an option on '56 Plymouths?
Are you sure this is real leather .I think not .

This car is to good .I would be deadly afraid to drive it on the street in todays traffic .One scratch and and its virginity is lost for ever .Long time ago i had 1958 mercedes with 28.000 km as new and i sold it because i was to afraid to drive it .Now it sits in one of the the best Mercedes collections from the world and i am very happy with it..

They say converted to 8 volt battery ?? Is the generator also working on 8 volt then ? All the lamps also because otherwise they will burn out .I am confused ...

You can find them everywhere : Hemmings -Traders -Auctions etc ..Of course we all look for the holy grail .

There is one for sale in Belgium also.A 835 1932 4-door completely restored .They painted the motor bright yellow , i have no idea if that was original .

Unbelievable! This car needs another frame ...It looks like a nice car at first sight and not much rust to see .Then i read that Fomoco products from 1965 on can have frame damage .Very good to know ! I learn everyday .At the same time i forget everyday also when you are born in 1948.I had my lesson with a Mercedes i bought that came from Canada .It was looking very good at first sight but it had very bad rust hidden in the bottom .I had to sell it with a loss as i am not such a good welder

Have been checking it over and it seems that important items have been kept up to good standards such as fuel pump, hoses, tires. Going to a small local car show tomorrow with it. I plan on getting it on a rack and just check the under side out. I see it needs a good cleaning underneath. I'm going to put the clear plastic over the seats in order to protect them.. Checked under the seat and there was the jack, tool bag with several tools in it. As for the paint , you just have to live with it. I did hand polish it just to get some sort of shine out of it.. The original paint is discolored but livable.. As for the running board rubber. It's original but several pieces have fallen off.. I'm still satisified with the purchase.. I've had many , many Buicks in my collecting history and the 1934 and 35 were one of my favorite years. My dad had the 1935 90 Cov. cp.. , I had a 1934 90 sedan at one time along with a 34 covt. sedan 60 series... but those are gone.
I am sure i am not alone as being jealous when you bought this car .You did a very good buy .They are only one time original .Have good luck with it !

Thanks for posting this ad .Several nice cars at good prices for sale .
-
You say Europe .I am from Belgium and i can tell you that the people who buy and knew those cars are to old or gone to heaven and many of these cars come for sale now down here because that generation is stopping to drive cars .The hottest cars here now are mustangs and porsches because people with a midlife crisis could not buy them when they was young and only could afford a bike .

Extremely nice car !If this is all original , this is a jewel .I am not sure i can get in this car as i am rather tall , little over 6 feet .But when you this you don't need any project that needs paint , interior and other work and that will cost you more in the end .

Recently there was a 1955 Desoto here advertised in VG condition all the way for 14.500$ .Then I would never buy a Desoto that needs interior work , transmission work , brake work ( see the wooden block behind the wheel )and much more for 5.500$.I learned that lesson long time ago ...

Very nice car .Much better than the 5-6.000$ cars that show up here sometimes that need paint and interior work .Indeed some pictures from engine and undercarriage would help .

It is overwhelming to imagine trying to restore this car in Poland!!
BUT if it really was there during the war, I would be overwhelmed with the tales it could tell.
You can see customs clearance in the description meaning this car came from the US not that long ago .If it would have been in Poland since ever it would have a Volga engine and a Lada rear end etc ....

Not one hair on my head would drive a car with such wheels and if it would i would pull it out .

BAT is the best place to sell a car , nowhere else will you get more money ,as a buyer its best to sit in your sofa have some coctails and have a bidding war with other buyers.
