  1. Success!!! I got them off today. I will call you tomorrow and get details where to send them.
  2. I worked all afternoon to get these off and still am not done. As difficult as they are to remove, I question if anyone will ever want to replace them. I'll try to finish up tomorrow.
  3. In a couple of days I will be listing a Model 52 coupe for a friend. Nice car, price to be determined, but reasonable.
  4. Yes, I am Chrysler exclusively. I'll try to get this done soon. I just have a lot of projects, but the weather in Minnesota is cooperating so far.
  5. I have a left and a right filler piece you are looking for on my parts car. I believe the front bumper has to come off to get them off. I'll try to get that done, but I don't know how soon I can get to it. When I get them off, I will let you know and you can have some reproduced. I know they are hard to find. Greg
  6. From my research on the early thirties Chryslers, the dual trumpet horns were only used on the CP and CH and CL model cars in 1932.. The CI did not have exterior trumpet horns. Of course, a lot of cars got them added because they were very decorative. In that light, either mount would be OK.
  7. OK John. Here is proof it did happen. Now I just have to figure out how to get it home to Minnesota from Ohio.🤔
  8. Send me a private message about your oil filter. Impconsent@aol.com. Greg Biskey
  9. I also get disgusted when people say they need to convert to disc brakes. The old cars require that you drive it like an old car. I always tell people that you can't drive a 30's or 40's car like a new car. It's a whole different way of driving, and if they don't understand that, they should just keep driving their new cars. When my kids were learning to drive, I always told them if they could read the license plate number on the car in front of them on the highway, they were too close to it. I still feel that way.
  10. I have used Larry Isgro, in Wantagh, New York. Very nice man to deal with. Advertisement is in Hemmings.
  11. I am looking for a 35 Airflow pedal car for my museum. Anybody????
  12. I am looking to buy a 35 Airflow pedal car for my museum. Anybody????
  13. There is a company called "Doorsills" in Halledon, N.J. that makes these and also for just about any make of car that vintage. Made from aluminum and are great quality.
  14. If you can separate the hard foam from the frame, I would take just the foam. But I'm afraid trying to remove the foam might damage it. So maybe I better take the whole thing. And yes, I have the metal door. Price? I have no idea.
  15. It looks like the right one. Is it all leather or does it look like it had material over it at one time? How much for it? Thanks. Greg
  16. I'll see what I can do. Right now they are at my upholsterer. I am sure all the standard coupes and four doors are the same armrest. Greg
  17. I am in need of an armrest from a 46-48 Chrysler, front door. I don't care about cloth material, but I'd like the top to be solid, not deteriorating. Thanks, Greg
  18. Thanks, Skip, for making this available. It is a great addition to the museum. Greg
  19. I'll see you at Hershey. We'll talk about this. Greg
