  1. Thanks all, I am all set with valve keepers.
  2. Hi all, nearing completion of '32 CI6 roadster resto. Still in need of rear bumper mounting brackets for full width rear bumper. (Car has side mounted spares) See photos attached of original ones from my other roadster. (Yes, I am lucky to have 2 of the 474 produced!). Thanks for looking!
  3. Hello, getting ready to assemble my rebuilt '32 CI6 engine. I am missing 4 valve spring keepers , which seem to be unique to this engine (maybe '31 is the same?) Parts suppliers have grooved ones for '33-59, which are different. Pics attached for what I need. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
  4. Hi, is there someplace to find torque specs for head, mains and rods for ‘32 CI6 engine. Getting ready to assemble total rebuild Also, looking for valve spring keepers. We recovered 18 of the 24 needed. I’ll post a picture later. Thanks!!
  5. ‘32 Chrysler (CL,CH, maybe others?)older Steele reproduction gearshift floor plate. Rubber is still soft and pliable, no cracks. Should clean up perfectly. $100 plus shipping. Steele currently getting $245.
  6. Looking for Klaxon 14 horn for Chrysler CI6 resto. Same as one in pics. Thanks for looking!
  7. Gentlemen, Thanks for the replies and info., always appreciated on this forum. I have 2 CI6 roadsters, 1 very original and 1 I am restoring (very helpful to have both!). As Gunsmoke stated, the standard horn was a Klaxon mounted on top of the engine. My original has that horn. (see pic). The other car came to me with restoration started, only with the trumpets, which are probably not correct. However, dual Delco trumpets I believe were available as optional equipment (see pic.). For now, I mounted the trumpets and not even sure if I like them or prefer the clean look without. Easy enough to remove, I'll decide before Hershey this year. Thanks again for any feedback.
  8. Hi, Currently restoring’32 CI6 roadster. Trying to determine which mounting arrangement is correct for trumpet horns. The car came to me with a pair that mount with the big nut that holds headlight. I have headlight brackets with and without that extra boss area with 2 bolt holes that take a different horn with bracket ( see pics). Is either set up OK for showing the car? Thanks ahead!
  9. Thanks for the feedback, information was helpful. Found one on eBay (EPay??). Installed today, works great.
