  1. It is my tub you are referring to - right?
  2. This particular tub came from NY state with Packard parts. On some cars the Holden built bodies were VERY close if not the same as the US ones. Any more photos of the Holden built body?
  3. The cleanup continues. Any thoughts on this one.
  4. I will try to get more photos but it's stored high on pallet racking and awkward to get to.
  5. I have had this phaeton / touring rear body section for over 20 years UNIDENTIFIED. I even had it on this forum without success despite those protective knobs which might have been a clue. Last night I found a 1927 Master Buick, currently for sale. I hope that my rear section is now identified. Buick experts out there - what are your thoughts?
  6. Just had another look. You are absolutely right - it's 205-3. I've looked at that carburetor MANY times and did not see that number!!! So it's from a 1939 Cadillac!!! Now to find someone who needs it. MANY thanks!!!
  7. Is in Australia but came from WA state with 28-30 Packard and Cadillac parts.
  8. Thanks for that. You are in a glorious spot in those southern highlands.
  9. I placed this on," What is it". A suggestion was late 20's Graham Paige. I have no use for this - $100 + postage from Australia.
  10. Roadster / Coupe body???? Once identified, this will be available as I am having a clean up and have no use for it.
  11. GM but suits what? Once confirmed, this will be available as I am having a clean up and have no use for it.
  12. Looks late 30's - GM? Once confirmed, this will be available as I am having a clean up and have no use for it.
  13. I have six of these, with chromed lock rings. They are 8 lug (Packard 1928- 30 bolt hole pattern). One suggestion was Chrysler Imperial about 1931). Once confirmed, these will be available as I am having a clean up and have no use for them.
  14. I have this unknown Instrument Panel. Came with some 1928 -30 Packard parts but certainly not Packard my era Packard (1931 and earlier). I am hoping someone can ID this.
  15. Here's a couple of photos. First couple 733/740 style. Second pair 745.
  16. 740 and 745 are quite different too. I am in need of a 745 radiator and am happy to pay well to get one. Pictures will be added shortly to show the difference.
  17. OK 6th and 7th series bodies are different and should be treated separately. 4th, 5th and 6th series cars have similar bodies but are unlike 7th series. 626 cars are only available in 5 pass sedan, coupe and conv. coupe. NO 626 roadster or phaeton i.e. open cars except the rare 626 speedster roadster and phaeton 626 (126" WB) and 633 (133" WB) are standard 8's and the extra 7" on the 633 is behind the main cross member. 626 and 633 cars are the same forward of the main cross member 626 and 633 bodies are not interchangeable but bonnets, cowls and front doors are the same 633 open cars have a different bonnet. On a sedan, the bead line is on the lower edge of the top panels. On open cars, the bead line is slightly down from the top of the side panels. 640 cars with (140" WB) share bodies with the 633's (133" WB). The extra 7" is all in the hood. From the firewall back, bodies are the same - trims are different though. 645 cars have custom bodies - different to the 633/640 models totally. The extra 5" is behind the main cross member. 645 cars are 2" taller starting with the radiator, then bonnet etc etc. 726 cars and 733 cars have about an inch more in the wheelbase - all under the bonnet. Again, extra 7" is behind the main cross member. 726 and 733 sedans - same forward of the main cross member 726 cars were predominately 5 pass sedans. NO open cars. All 733, 740 and 745 cars have interchangeable bodies- same firewall back. The extra distance in every case is in the bonnet. Exception - the 745C. Hope this helps - happy to clarify if needed.
  18. I need a rear compartment hinge and brace to suit a Packard 4 passenger coupe circa 1928-32. See the attachment for drawings and the various models which are the same. These models have a small trunk NOT a rumble seat.
