  2. Would like to purchase 1 resurfaced and coated 88-90 road wheel - if you can provide please PM me Thanks, Nic
  3. I used to frequent the Autopia Forum and was a serious Klasse user. I guess I probably could still be considered a Klasse user as I still have several full containers of the product. I have got A LOT of money tied up in numerous detailing products (including a Portor Cable 7424 that I have never used - great film that is posted above) that were suggested on the Autopia Forum and from the sponsors - just haven't detailed my cars for some time due to moving. I am definitely going to get back into detailing my own cars as soon as I finish moving. I viewed the Autogeek Forums ..... a lot of forums and looks very interesting so I registered. I imagine the best or most viewed forum for beginners is "Detailing 101" - correct me if I am wrong please. Thanks for posting SeanR.... Nic Forgot to mention - I coud always get a good year or more out of a layered application of the Klasse Products, but this Simoniz Product - Glasscoat sure does appear more than promising.....
  4. Exceptional ! I intend on using this procedure as soon as I get caught up on some priorities. Couldn't ask for a better organized and written tutorial .....even the trash can suggestion is Golden Thanks, Nic
  5. Help folks...I need the simpliest /easiest way to get a decent sounding sound system in all three of my cars. Is Ronnies Infinities the easiest cure for the front - are the plug and play please? I think I will get the fronts figured out first, and then if needed address the rear. "Car Girl" or Brenda (some of the old timers will remember her - great lady...attorney even ) sent me a nice set of original rear speakers so I am ok on one car. She is into the Hurst Oldsmobiles now. Any help will be greatly appreciated and thanks... Nic
  6. Hi Charlie, I called and not too bad especially if a full recone is not necessary. A partial is about 35.00 and a full restoration or re cone is about 70.00. Real nice gal representative - she will even look at pictures to ascertain cost without having to send the speakers in first - not bad Thanks, Nic
  7. Woot. com has these speakers on a "WOOTOFF" which will end in a few minutes - are these speakers compaitable or will they filt 90 door panels and are they appropriate please? (seems like an excellent price) thanks, Nic
  8. That or "thread tools" is the category I was looking for - the dern thing or that whole high lighted strip where thread tools is located was not there or available to me for some reason when I started this post - it is sure visible now . Thanks for posting. Nic
  9. There used to be a "Tool" option on the forum where if there is a desire to copy a thread a tool was availbale to compact the thread to reduce copy paper waste - I do not see where it is available anymore - is there a trick to access it please anyone? Thanks, Nic
  10. Was planning on waiting until tomorrow to check the 02 sensor, but had a few minutes today and had a sensor and sensor socket in possession....the wire was not just dis connected but was disconnected by having the top half of the sensor attached and dangling below (sensor broken in half). Thanks for making me get off my hind parts and fixing it ..... Nic
  11. Thanks Mc_Reatta..... I just had to replace the 02 sensor in one of the other cars - bought a sensor for this vehicle last night due to your post/reply. Will replace this weekend and post results. Thanks again, Nic
  12. I have both an EO13H and A EO48H set with the car jerking and loss of power at times.....the 48 reads "misfire diagnosis". Never heard of this code before - does anyone know if the code refers to a particular component please? I may have an exhaust leak somewhere as well - a low exhaust tone and smell at times) thanks, Nic
  13. A select Sixty with 4000 miles - an eBay bid of less than 13,000.... A red 91 roadster with 40,000 miles - an eBay offer of 7100.... Not good................

  15. Marck is correct. I was attempting to save myself a trip to the auto parts store by asking 1st since I was already in the area of an Advance Store, but upon removal of the trim the bulbs are 2 X #1141. I now think I remember replacing them back in or about 2002 with "LL" bulbs of which one bulb was apparently a fake .
  16. THe FSM calls for a #1156 light bulb for the high brake light in a '90 coupe while Advance Auto Parts calls of a # 891 bulb - Big difference in bulb and price - can someone post the proper bulb application for a 1990 coupe please? Thanks, Nic (the convertible does take a 891 but it is a different housing)

  18. I have a nice Snap On Tool Box from the early to mid 1950's that I would like to sell. The box has been in my family since new, but I need more room. Would be great to display in a garage setting with collectable - antique automobiles from that period. The boxes interior is in great shape, however the exterior needs DA sanding and appropriate paint which can be color matched to one of the interior doors or Snap On may be able to supply information. The box is nice and just needs some TLC painting (no dents or other bad outside influence)....Please send me a Private Message on this Forum if interested
  19. Question please - per Ronnie's site referenced in one of his above posts - where is 220 -230* (considered normal per the entry) on the temperature gauge please? .....or how many "clicks or marks" past the 12:00 or straight up position please?
  20. Radiator yes, but also make sure the right / passenger side or the fan if front of the radiator comes on immediately when the a/c is initially turned on....
  21. Mc_Reatta, Thanks for the inquiry....my system still has dye in it from a previous repair and a friend that that was helping me found the compresssor and the condensor leaking when he tested it the other day. We recharged the system as a tempory measure as it is hot here - after 3 days of driving about 50 miles a day with a/c usage it is blowing hot air again Nic
  22. I have not replaced an Oxy Sensor in years - 10 or more probably. I havent really had any great driveability difficulties in probably 10 + years so I am not only forgetful but rusty as well...Anyway, I kind of remember that there were some special characteristics or a different from normal procedure in replacing the oxy sensor as to not pull threads out when changing - should the sensor be removed with the exhaust cold, warm, hot, or ? Thanks for any help with this... Nic
  23. Thanks Gentlemen for the great information. Greatly appreciated..... Will most likely go with the Delco on Ronnie's site... ****Ronnie, I also see a condensor for early models on your site - do you offer one not listed or have suggestions for a condensor for a 90 model please ? Thanks Much, Nic
