  1. No, I already talked to Steve and he does not have a sellable one. The sun does them in pretty bad. I am looking for a reasonable one to put in my Grand Prix. The car is running, driving and coming along nicely. Should be cruising by mid summer. Just need a better pad than what is in there right now.
  2. I put a spare 300 engine that I purchased 2 years ago. I purchased a running 300 Buick V-8 as a sort of insurance policy for a 65 LeSabre convertible which I have since sold. Simply don't need it any more. I described it in my craigslist ad to the best of my ability. See the listing in general auto parts Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Pa craigslist. Will not ship but motor can be loaded on a truck buyer brings or sends for the engine. See the listing. Listed at $375. I make no profit at this price, asking what I paid + a couple bucks to give to my friend that owns the garage where I was able to store it on the engine hoist. Just don't have a need for it any more! Read the listing, I never heard it run but have reason to believe it's background is true. Wanted to show it as it is, did not clean it up and spray it so the buyer can see it as it truly is. No warranty expressed or implied. Contact me at turbocoupe1@hotmail.com, the listing in the ad or through this forum. Mike
  3. Looking for a decent 1968 Pontiac Grand Prix Dash Pad. Color wouldn't matter need black but would spray a different color pad. turbocoupe1@hotmail.com or respond to this ad. Mike
  4. I also have this listed in the AACA Buy and sell section but I thought I would throw it here too. Nice cluster (pictures in the AACA buy and sell section) Odometer shows 57,000 miles, clear cover over speedo is nice, several gauge needles move freely including the speedo. The plugs with some wires are completely intact and on the back. $80 + shipping. Not all rusted up.
  5. Pretty nice early 50's Pontiac cluster considering the age of the part. I was very surprised when I found it. Working condition unknown of course, three of the needles move freely, where the heck are you going to find this? Clear face with nice speedo numbers. For parts or restore, comes with sockets, speedometer reads 51,357. Clipped off wires a few inches from the plugs. $80 + shipping. I uploaded one picture but had trouble adding a 2nd. If you PM me with an email address I will send more.
  6. That's the plan one way or the other, to drive it like I stole it! The damn car looks pretty contemporary even today! Think about how much cars change in just 10 years. The damn thing is 20 years old and it pretty much fits right in with todays rides. It was probably in the design studio 5 years ahead of when the 1995's rolled off the assembly line and the design has held it's own. These cars deliver pretty good performance even when matched up against today's cars. Mike
  7. I will add a couple pictures of the 1996 Riviera that cost $250. It's a shame that the car has a cracked block because the motor sounds great. It just drips antifreeze when it heats up, engine compartment is clean, looks like a million bucks but that is why it was only $250. The car body itself is clean, bottoms of the doors look new, no rust on the rockers, quarters or front fenders.Up here in PA they go through hell with the road salt. This one is just plain clean.
  8. I had a 1998 Riviera some years back and missed the hell out of it when I finally got rid of it at over 200,000 miles. Found a rust free (Florida car) silver 1996 Riviera with a cracked engine block. Looks like the kids that were using the car last year added water and it froze up here in Pa in last years brutal winter. Car then sat for a year. Picked up the solid Riviera for $250, couldn't resist it. Body is pretty close to perfect, paint is a mile deep. Needs another engine which in itself seems like it should be a fairly easy thing to get given that they put the damn things in all the big GM's. I know there were different superchargers etc. Some questions................... 1. Would there be issues putting a newer or older 3800 Series II engine from another Buick in the car? 2. What years 3800's would be a perfect match plug and play without changing anything else out. 3. Want to put a supercharged 3800 in it but if it becomes necessary would a basic Series II 3800 work in the car without modification? I will post a few pictures in a bit. I am a Buick and Pontiac guy from way back. I currently own a 1965 LeSabre convertible, 1966 Wildcat coupe and a 1968 Pontiac Grand Prix. Like the style of those last Riviera's and enjoyed the one I had back a few years so I couldn't resist it. Mike
  9. Driver quality grill pulled from a 1964 full size wagon. Certainly not perfect but very straight good for a quality driver car. Has the thin headlight rings and the center emblem which retains most of the red, white and blue in the tri-shield. It is a gold wagon that has a lot of parts. If there is something you need let me know and I can look. Asking $110 for the grill plus shipping.
  10. Pair nice condition for used. $400 for pair. I was surprised at how solid they were when I found them.
  11. Listed them on Ebay to try and reach an audience. would be willing to end the auction and sell them here at the starting price. Last nice bumper before the Federal Railroad Tie Bumpers ruined most cars! Good for driver car as is or great cores for rebuild. These (especially the front bumper always took a beating. The rear bumper includes the tail lights both sides.
  12. Anyone have this happen? Both the heated/air cond seats in my Lucerne CXL stopped working. I know, real hardship right? But since both are out vs only one there has to be a source for the issue? Thoughts? Car has no other issues. Took it to the dealer who wanted to replace everything and I am sure the cost would be high.
  13. I am working on a 1968 GP project. Nice driver, in primer currently with the new drive line in it etc. Bought it as a roller and found a 68 400 and TH400. I was changing out the front bumper and I found an issue. The vacuum pull for one of my headlight doors is rusted out so need a replacement. It's holding up my progress because now is the time to change it out because when I put the bumper on I can't get at it. Car is gonna be a "Cyclops" because one eye will go up and one will be down! Anybody got one? Mike
  14. Bump! The trans I am looking at is an ST-300 Jetaway from an Oldsmobile. Is it the same as the ST-300 that would come in a Buick? Just want to make sure.
  15. Grill is actually from a Buick Special. It measures 12 X 58. It has mounting tabs long the edges that are intact.
  16. I have a 1967 300 ci 2 bbl motor that I want to drop in a Special or Skylark body that needs a new tranny. Do the Pontiac and Oldsmobile ST - 300 transmissions bolt right up to a Buick 300? I would think the tranny is BOP so it should be a direct bolt up. Am I correct?
  17. I believe it to be Century or Super.
  18. I found a 4 - door hardtop and listed some parts on Ebay. The car is a 364 2bbl. Anyone needing parts? All glass is good, interior has some parts. Engine bay is missing rocker shafts but lots of parts there.
  19. Pulled a "Baleen Whale" 1957 Buick grill (what a beast to remove) that retains some of it's original chrome, has no broken ribs in the grill. Could be used for a driver with a little 'lovin or a great core for a restored car. I stumbled across it at an old yard that is closing soon. If you are interested and want more pictures I can supply them. Shoot me an email address to send pics to. Heavy grill, pot metal type. Live in PA will ship, buyer responsible or if I can meet the buyer that may be a possibility. Asking $200.
  20. They are fairly rare given a lot of full size Pontiacs of that vintage (1967-1968) came with skirts. I am the guy that Topcat posted for (Milo 4510) and was already looking for them on this site. I have a 68 Grand Prix that I want to run "skirtless" because I am not a fan of that look. I have a driver side opening trim not the greatest but usable. I need a passenger side rear trim molding. They would have to come from an Executive, base model Catalina, wagon, or Ventura not equipped with skirts. Two door, four door car or wagon wouldn't matter. My Grand Prix has front wheel well trim so I need to run rear trim to look right. I am running Rally II 15 inch wheels with raised white letter Goodyear Eagle tires and no trim rings, so I want the wheels to show in the back. I have seen them in pictures on cars listed for sale and I also saw what I needed on CEbay on a car at a junkyard in the northwest but the guy wants to sell the complete car and won't take it off and sell it individually.
  21. Beautiful chrome, both pieces that bracket the gas door on the tail panel between the lights on a 1965 LeSabre. These are really nice chrome for the year, $50 + $25 shipping. Mike
  22. I have for sale a pair of 78 thru 80 Regal tail light assemblies, driver condition $50 + shipping. Had them for a Turbo Regal I no longer own. Mike
  23. Still need a passenger side wheel lip trim, somebody has to have one! Catalina, Ventura, Executive, wagon somebody has to have the darn thing. Trying to run my 1968 GP without skirts and I need wheel house trim because the GP has front trim so I want to run rear trim on the quarters to match.
  24. Need a pair of rear wheel opening trims (especially the passenger side as I have 1 driver side trim that I can use) for a 67 or 68 full size Pontiac. I am going "skirtless" on my 68 Grand Prix because I am not a fan of fender skirts. I would need rear wheel trims from a Catalina, Executive etc. Someone has to have them on a junker lying around. Help! Mike
