  7. I have a 64 Plymouth with Poly power. I know that my trans (727 auto) will bolt up to a modern 318, 340, or 360. I think yours will also. Try posting your question on Moparts www.moparts.com or join the 62 to 65 Mopar web site & mailing list. http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com
  8. It's very hard to get in or out of the car without the door. I have one on my trailer and LOVE it!.

  15. I don't know where that picture of the Cord came from, but it is a nice car!. Here is the new engine going in to the Sport Fury.
  16. I'm keeping the original fender tag. This car is a Max Wedge Wannabe. I'll never try to pass it off as an original maxie! My Sport Fury needed some upgrading real bad! Right now it's getting a new engine, and conversion to power brakes. After I get this car back together, I'll get back to the Maxie!
  17. I miss 2 cars equally. First was a 64 Plymouth Sport Fury, 383, auto, black on black. ( I now have another which is getting freshened up) The second was a 69 Camaro SS convertable!. 350/350, 4 speed, R/S option, Fathom Green, one sexy & fast car! I can't afford another, so I'll just rely on memories!

  19. I do!!! My Dad had a 67 VW Beetle for a commuter car. I started driving in that car, and had a ball with it. I got one for myself at Hershey last year. Boy, it sure brings back memories!!
