May find similar numbers on bearings .

-
Remember the bearing will be metric sized . But Timken Brand , mostly .
-
But if that's not good enough . Visit some body shops that have frame alignment . You sure to find a car guy in first three you visit . He may send you to a one that does large trucks ,. they have more frame then today's uni-body cars .

I am thinking little older . The back brackets may be part of back of seat cushion that folds up to access fuel tank . Also note curve door bottom as seen in 17 to 23 .

Remove pitman , center steering wheel by counting turns rack to rack divide in half set wheel there . This should have wheels arm with one straight down . Then with tires straight ahead , attach pitman . you will note, rack to rack, will be less as wheels hit stops of turning max. radius .

Grind the kerf off a 24t hacksaw blade about 2" . Just run lightly between commutators to clear . Do not ply on it .
And the wires do not look cross shorted . Just spot re-varnish .

I believed you are all talking part number 23 not the plug number13 . lightly snug .sound good . You can see when it is loose pitman will move in and out . Modern Jeep' s used a spring system behind screw to keep contant pressure .

Drop pan . You need to lay eyes on screen and inside at least every couple times . Maybe easier to make gasket . You'll have to flatten holes of bolts for best fit .
