I tend to agree I went to a beach uop and a lot of hills and steep corners while going down I started in top gear and had to pump the brakes and had traffic behind me which dident help then put her into second gear and used the moter to help with braking .you can get into a corner very quickly and then having to pump the brakes very quickly .I gess you have been in that situation ...john

larry I have done that I may go to new bonded linings I asked a few people here in nz and they said the drum brakes are as good as disc brakes ....john

I am now thinking that you are mostely correct answering my prob with brakes if I put new linings and drum checked sould be as good as disc brakes after all that is the norm back then in the 30s .........John

Would like some one to help me build a set of disc brakes to my vehicle or would have some drawings .kind regards John
