  1. Robert, thanks for the reply. I am also looking for a taillight for a 55 Studebaker because the gentleman that has the coil would like to make a trade for a taillight. If you know of any leads for a taillight let me know please, I would appreciate it.
  2. Looking for a taillight assembly with red glass in it for a 55 Studebaker for a friend. Any help or leads would be appreciated. Cell 567-280-2951 or 419-334-3172
  3. Robert, yes I read the post. I have found an original working Delco-Remy coil out of a Rockne Model 75 with the key and switch. This is not the Auto-Lite brand but with the owners description it sounds like it will work. Would you happen to know if there was any difference in the two brands. He described it as having the three position key switch with the other end having the three studs for Distributor, Startix and Battery located around the main coil wire connection.
  4. I sent Steve an email asking the very same questions, I asked him if he had been sick and if he was getting out of the parts business and if someone was going to continue the business. That was three days ago and I have not received any reply.
  5. Does anyone have a Auto-Lite starting coil OEM #IG-4307 for a 1932 or 1933 Studebaker Rockne, this coil had a key switch in one end and three studs on the other end marked for the Startix, battery and distributor plus the main coil wire that goes to the middle of the distributor. This coil works with the Startix mechanism. Please call 419-334-3172 or cell 567-280-2951 with any leads or post a reply to the Forum. Thank you!
  6. Have you tried LeBaron Bonney, I think they have wire on wind lace.
  7. Brad, if you need the fluid you can buy it at Classicandexotic.com. If you would like the whole kit; includes new line, fittings and fluid you can get it from Mac's Auto Parts for under $30.00. If you decide to install a new line the tapered fittings need to be soldered to the new line so they are air tight. If you have any air leak at all gauge will not function.
  8. Do you have a phone number or email for Richard, I would like to ask him if he can make me hinge mirror brackets for my 1933 Rockne Model 10.
  9. 32mod55 i am looking for a ignition coil for my 33 Rockne Sedan, My coil was a Auto-Lite IG-4307 and I would be very appreciative if you would give me a call at 419-334-3172 or 567-280-2951. Also my email is thoffs@woh.rr.com
  10. Contact Steve Munts at Custom Antique Parts (509) 892-9258. He has a foundry and I think he can cast one for you in bronze, then you would have to have it chrome plated. He made me two outside door handle escutcheons and they turned out well.
  11. John, first of all good luck on your new project. I have a 33 Rockne Model 10 that I am restoring, my starting coil is not working and neither is my master light switch. Since your from Mass. Do you know anything about a Company in your State named KM Lifestyles, I found them on the net and their add says they rebuild these items. Tim Hoffman ph. 567-280-2951

  14. I took two pictures of the light switch I am in need of. I don't have good continuity in the switch after it was repaired and my lights will not work, that is why I am looking for a switch. My car is a 33 Rockne Model 10. Please contact me at 567-280-2951 or email thoffs@woh.rr.com.

  16. Thank you for the response to my post. Is there any way that you could possibly take a picture of the switch and email the picture to me? If you can do that my email address is: thoffs@woh.rr.com
  17. In need of a 30's light switch that will work on my 1933 Studebaker Rockne.
  18. I have two NOS Erskine head gaskets with identification of Victor 659 stamped on them. Can anyone tell me what year Erskine 6 cylinder engine these were used on. Thoffs@woh.rr.com
  19. Dear R L, I will check the speedometer cable tomorrow and take pictures of both ends. My Rockne is also a 3 speed w/free-wheeling and the speedo cable screws onto the passenger side of the tranny. Sorry, I do not have any extra inside door handles or window cranks. I listed all the extra parts I have except for a fuel pump, which I rebuilt and am keeping for a spare. Do you have any spare parts for sale that will work on a Rockne? Tim thoffs@woh.rr.com

  21. I have a fuel tank out of a 1933 Rockne Model 10 4Dr Sedan if you are still looking for one. Tim Hoffman 567-280-2951
  22. I was able to find a taillight bracket with the license plate frame on it. I installed it on the right rear fender and it actually is straighter than the left taillight bracket, so I think they are the same for both sides. I looked through my literature and I cannot find part numbers either. Only info I found was for model 65 taillamp equipment listed as S-35 and a 33 Model 10 was listed as S-61. Thoffs
  23. If you don't mind it not being steel, I would find a machine shop and have them write a program to CNC you one out of aluminum. They could also machine one out of mild steel but it would be pretty heavy. Thoffs
  24. I have installed the new roof and the front windshield is also in, now I'll have to drive the car in the rain to see I did a good job on the installations. I am still looking for the parts I have listed in the previous posting. Cannot start the car without a coil.
  25. Brad, my generator is a GAM-4501. I think that the 32-65 and the 32-75 were almost the same engine except for the cylinder bore so I think that Dick Kemper generator would probably work.
