  5. I had a 2-1/2 exhaust installed on my 89 2.2 turbo last summer. It is not a 16 valve. My mopar turbo contacts told me about a Texas company called. I order 2.5 exhaust from them. I am not sure if they have parts for the 90-91 6 cylinders. FWD Performance FWDPerformance.com I talked to Cindy 281-288-4411 The round size muffler did not fit. I got an oval 2.5 muffler to squeeze in there. They also offer a 3 inch system, but I put in the 2.5 because the down pipe is already a 2.5 inch pipe. The pipes ordered were catback aluminum 2.5 pipes for a Daytona. The pipes need to be modified when received. One pipe needs to have 3 or 4 inches cut off and then welded on to the other pipe to accommodate the differences in the body size between the Daytona and the TC. The 2.5 pipes add a nice growl to my TC An oval chrome end pipe was added instead of the little dual exhaust pipe coming out of the muffler. The sound files I have are to big to post. PM me with your email address if you want a copy of the mpg of the exhaust sound. The 2 files I have are 2 meg and 4 meg. Larry

  14. The total costs were $19.99 for LEDs from Autozone $1.00 for two small flat head stainless screws from Ace Hardware. I alwaysreplace hardware with stainless. It does not cost that much more. $2.99 for the laser disc if you don't have one. I have many laser discs leftover from my days as a Physics teacher. We made rocket fins out of the laserdiscs because they had the same density as bass wood but they sparkle when youlaunch the rockets. Other things used. I used epoxy to hold the screw in the light flange. The laser discs were already cut into strips for the rocket fins As for doing it again. It will be much faster the second time around. So, someday, when I get my 89 TC Royal Cabernet / Bordeaux 5-speed it will be something that will eventually need to be done. Untill then probally not. but if someone wants a strip of laser disc let me know and I will send you one. Larry
  15. Mark, Thanks for posting. They look really good. I am going to have to look into getting my wheels chromed. Larry
  16. I had someone flag me down last fall at a light to tell me my brake lights were out. A small screwdriver is needed to gently pry the red reflector off. After I took apart the light it was apparent that a few bulbs were burnt out and the bracket was corroded. Removal of the light bracket was not a quick activity. You need to lift up the tonneau to access the two screws that hold the light bracket to the car. The two screws are under the rubber lining the edge of the tonneau. My two screws were unable to be removed. Ace Hardware had flat head screws to replace the screws I drilled out. I pulled out the good and burnt out bulbs. I replaced the bulbs with LEDs from Autozone.($19.99) I made a bracket to mount the LEDs from an old laser disc. The thickness of the laser disc fits snuggly into the light bulb slots. Laser discs are available for $3 or less stores like Half Price Books. I have extras from my teaching days. The first picture shows the laser disc backboard head in place by two light bulb slots. The second picture shows the lite LEDs mounted to the backboard. The third picture shows the LEDs attached to the laser disc backboard. Note: the wire length from the TC bracket. I cut the wires to short. If the wires were 3 or 4 inches longer it would have been easier to wire nut the wires back together. The fourth picture shows the reinstalled light. Of course it was the middle of the night when I finished because nothing ever goes quickly. The fifth picture shows the stencil I used to dremel out the backboard. I ended up cutting out the two center legs. It only needed the outside legs to hold it in place. I can email a copy of the stencil with a ruler for size reference if anyone wants it. The LEDs are brighter than the original bulbs. Larry
  17. Mark, The chrome idea intrigues me. Do you have any pictures to show off your beauties? Larry
