ahdodge
I was very disappointed to find out Coker Tire no longer reproduces 19" wheel rims for my Victory 6. Something about the government..... They did show me the dies and the machine. At any rate, does anyone have experience with Vintage Rims in New Zealand? email and facebook messenger so far kind of sketchy. Richard Brothers in the UK? Once I get the rims.............Buchanan, New England Wheel Service for dimple and spoke??
nearchoclatetown
From what I was told Vintage Rim is who made them for Coker. There are lots of Victories around, can you not find used ones?

ahdodge
It looks like I might be able to get them from Universal Tire Co. in Pennsylvania . I will contact them after the holiday weekend.
nearchoclatetown
You can try, but Universal is owned by Coker. So if Coker doesn't handle them I doubt if they will. Let us know how you make out. I still think your best chance is to follow Ebay and hotrod sites. There are Victories being parted out occasionally. ahdodge
After talking at length with John at Universal Tire, it looks like he can get them for me. He said it would be this summer before he will have them. I have waited this long..........Regarding Coker owning Universal, I didn't ask. Thanks everyone for the advise p.s. does anyone have the small part that hinges the hood where it mounts to the cowl? It did not make it home from the body shop.
stooy
Hey Mate, I have a set of the Vintage Rims wheels on my 1930 DeSoto CF8 Sedan. We have done 15,000 miles on them, mostly hard miles in road trials etc. and they have been great. Cheers Stewart

StillOutThere
Coker and Universal are both part of the Coker family owned conglomerate. They don't advertise it but it is all family relationships. They buy from Vintage in Australia.
