padgett Posted May 30, 2015 Share Posted May 30, 2015 I'd call the Caddy a flower wagon. Ocala, maybe, depends on what the soil is like. One reason I live in central Florida is that things do not rust here. I grew up on the gold coast where they do. Have sold cars before on pictures of the chassis from beneath. It seems more to be a custom job, than a flower wagon.... it means "city truck" in English. Sounds better in French, no? HA ... yes!!!!!!!!!
