RivNut Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 Last night I watched "Bitchin' Rides" on Velocity TV and they were rebuilding Futureliner #3. Pretty interesting what they're going through. I didn't hear/see for whom they're rebuilding it but some cat has to have some deep pockets. smithbrother Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 The original FuturLiner's were SERIOUSLY underpowered, very small diesel. I also believe the didn't have power steering, and were difficult to steer, but they were built in 1940 ,so, HOW MANY POWER STEERING UNITS WERE ON THE MARKET THEN?All had the engines replaced with more HP.
