Hi all ,my freind had new delco accumulator in a sealed package we installe it same problem no leakdown from accumulator it sat overnight fluid never rose to the full level checked pressure switch no moisture inside,what should now?

I think it is a accumalator problem. i am taking it to the shop on wednesday to check the brakes and have the abs checked.Idid take the accumlator test from reatta.net and it takes 2-3 pumps to turn on the brake lights . i think the accumalator is weak. i will wait to see what the shop says

Hi Dave,when i pump the brakes 25 times with the key off the pedal becomes rock hard and the fluid rises to proper level it is after i drive it and park it for a day or two the fluid level never rises to the proper level,i recall that it use to.

Good day all,funny thing i just noticed that my brake fluid did not rise to full level in the resorivor the car has been sitting for 2 days,what would cause this.any imput would be helpful thanks tony

Hi you need to have your cluster rebuilt.

check the relay on the passenger side fuse box

Hi the lock rod may have broken off the clip you have to remove the door panel.

Hi Stan the brake light has two connectors one for the brake lights and one for the high mount light if you have no brake lights check for ground,also check for a shorted socket.

Hi all found the ground wire but that was not the problem.it was the brake switch. So if this happens to anyone with a convertible just change the brake switch hope this will help someone.

Where is the ground wire?

Hi Barney,I ordered a module from Jim Finn received it last week ,I finally installed it yesterday and every thing works fine,again thank you for your imput.

A funny thing happen to me today,I was having trouble in the last couple of days with my transmitters not working for no apparent reason so I reprogramed them and every thing was fine up until this morning I went to the store set the locks with the transmitter every good,i came back out of the store transmitter would not work.and yes the batteries are new. so in my garage I go to reprogram them again.everything good except for one thing I heard strange clicking from the rear of the car,and the door locks were going up and down on there own for some weird reason but I was able to set the transmitters,a little while later I was sitting in the garage with my dog and I heard the trunk open for no apparent reason my keys were in the house I opened the lid and there was smoke something was burning I disconnected the battery at this point I waited a little while and then reconnected the battery a this time the only thing I could see was drivers door lockill not work to open the drivers door it does lock and unlock the passenger side the passenger side lock will not lock from the switch I hope the module didn't burn up .any help please
