Found '70 Electra in Junk yard: Parts worth the hassle?

I found a '70 Electra at the Pull-a-part.

According to the original invoice in the car (yes, it's a shame, but Pull-a-part won't sell the whole car) it's got 6-way power seat (upholstery is bad on driver's side), power windows, remote mirror, Posi traction, Electric Trunk and vanity mirror on passenger side visor.

I've already gotten the visors out of it, and they're for sale here (pretty much just want what I got in them--they were REALLY nice).

I'll probably go back for the Posi, and possibly the electric trunk.

Is the power seat stuff worth the hassle? (Meaning, does anyone here NEED it, and I'll get it, otherwise I can't justify the shop floor space it'll take up)

How is the trunk lid. The area of concern is the underside just above the license plate area, expanding all the way to the left and right sides. If the weep holes were plugged this area will be soft . If it is solid, I'd be interested in the lid.

I could really use the transmission dipstick tube, if it is not bent up. It bolts to the back of the engine, and then there is a press-fit into the transmission.
