1937hd45
Is there any resale value on the trucks the judges get?
Guest
Gee, I hope somebody says yes. But you can go first, Bob. HV
1937hd45
I have mine in two boxes in the basement, so they are dust free.
nearchoclatetown
Bob, there are some listed on the secret auction bill for Sat. I'll let you know what they bring.

1937hd45
If it is run by Barrett-Jackson we could be sitting on a small gold mine.
KRK Sr.
Yesterday, at the Penn Dutch Region Auction, Meet trucks found homes at from $3 to as high as $24 depending on the year? or the car on the truck? or the color??? Anyhow, no gold in those boxes in the basement. Dig them out and play with your grandchildren. The dust bunnies don't push them around where they are now... Guest
And to think that about 8 years ago at Hershey I sold 10 of my duplicate Fall Meet incentive trucks for $800. Dummy that I was, I should have sold the rest of them back then. I still have a complete set of incentive trucks in boxes and no grandchildren. hvs
1937hd45
Nice score Howard, I'd gift wrap mine for that kind of an offer.
nearchoclatetown
HVS, at $3 to $24per truck times X {no. of trucks} = $800, you must have been judging a long time.
Guest
Choc ~ They weren't judging trucks, they were incentive trucks from the '80s received for showing a car at Hershey. They were once very desirable collectibles. I don't think the judging trucks were ever as valuable.hvs
