Rod Miles
Do we have a good resource for purchasing replacement clutch disks? I have a 1928 Standard 115 ". Thanks, Rod
davenc
Rod, typically these clutch discs are just relined with new material. That’s what I did on my ‘28 Standard sedan. There are several places that can do the relining. I used Ft. Wayne Clutch in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. I don’t work for them, just satisfied with the results. Rod Miles
Thanks for the lead, Dave. Do you remember a ballpark cost per disc? Appreciate this, Rod Miles
davenc
Hi Rod, I dug out the old invoice for the reline. It was $1250 but this was literally over 20 years ago. I don’t think the price would be accurate today. I sent them the entire clutch assembly and they refurbished as necessary. Not cheap! Hope this helps. David

oldford
Just a thought, I found a seller on ebay selling tons of NOS clutch disks and he has some identified a late 20's Buick. I bought a complete set of disks for my Reo T6 for about half of that. Good to work with and parts were spot on....
