Leif in Calif
A very nice '32 B. I'm sure these have a premium over the equivalent "A", but they are asking $60K for this! (more pics in ad) https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto/d/campbell-1932-ford-model-18-sport-coupe/7755548236.html Beautifully Restored 1932 Ford Model B Sport Coupe, finished in a two-tone dark tan over black with a light tan convertible top riding on yellow wire wheels. The Ford is powered by the 201 Flathead 4 engine mated to a manual transmission and runs and drives excellent. The car is being put up for sale by a private collector who is reducing the size of his vintage automobile collection, this car has been meticulously cared for over 30 years. This is a great opportunity to own what is considered to be the rarest coupe of the 1932 model year. TAKerry
I guess if its the rarest of the rare? I would think a '32 v8 may get that kind of money but a 4? As nice as it is, I would just as soon get the finst model A and have enough left over for another!!
wayne sheldon
The sport coupes were very popular in the model A years, especially 1930 and '31. Not so popular for 1932. Although I recall seeing another model B awhile back.
deac
WHOA 60 grand? I mean it looks very nice but can it 60? I am not up on antique Ford values but is in the ball park? I tend to think 35 to 40 grand might be a more reasonable price.
